New CDC-funded Grants
Our team was awarded two new CDC grants to improve our materials. We've been testing new materials and messages. Our new Assessment and Feedback presentation slides and report card are now available on this site for your use. New Communication Training tools will be coming soon.
We're on RTIPs
Our Communication Training Tools were recently awarded RTIPs status! RTIPs (Research-tested Intervention Programs) is run by the National Cancer Institute and provides a searchable data base of evidence-based tools for cancer control interventions and programs.
Updated Assessment and Feedback tools are here.
We're working with three new states to improve our Assessment and Feedback Tools. See our new report card and presentation slides (linked throughout the site) with updated HPV facts and quality improvement tools.
Quality Improvement Consultation Protocol
This protocol will walk you through the steps outlined on the HPVIQ website for preparing, delivering, following-up, and evaluating your Assessment and Feedback quality improvement (QI) session.
Use these slides to structure your in-person or webinar delivered QI consultation.
Immunization Report Card
This report card can be completed on-line with clinic specific information then printed or saved for use in QI consultations. Use it to deliver immunization information to clinics receiving QI consultations.
Use this survey to evaluate providers beliefs and practices about HPV vaccination before your quality improvement (QI) consultation.
Use this survey to measure providers beliefs and practices about HPV vaccination right after your QI consultation and compare the results with the Pre-visit Survey. You can also use this survey to evaluate your CME activity if you certified your session for CME credits.
Six-month Follow-up Survey
Use this survey to see how your QI efforts impacted providers' beliefs and practices over time.
